WebflowForms: Unlocking Unlimited File Uploads & Enterprise CRM Sync for Webflow

One of the most persistent complaints in the Webflow developer community is file upload gating: to accept a single PDF resume or PNG attachment in a contact form, Webflow requires customers to upgrade to the expensive $49/month Business hosting tier.

For creative portfolios, job boards, and early-stage agencies, this represents an unnecessary tax. EFE Technology engineered WebflowForms to democratize file uploads and seamless CRM integrations across all Webflow site tiers.

1. The Engineering Architecture

Rather than uploading files through Webflow's proxy servers, WebflowForms (webflowforms.com) utilizes secure client-side pre-signed URLs:

• Direct Cloud Storage Streaming: Files stream directly from the user's browser into dedicated AWS S3 / Cloudflare R2 buckets, eliminating bandwidth bottlenecks and file size limits.

• Automatic Antivirus & File Sanitization: All uploaded documents pass through an automated virus scan pipeline before being delivered to merchant dashboards.

• Instant CRM Enrichment: Lead details are sanitized and piped directly to HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, and Google Drive simultaneously.

2. Why Webflow Developers Prefer It

WebflowForms works with standard HTML file inputs styled natively inside the Webflow Designer. There is zero proprietary markup or third-party branding.
