EFE Technology provides offshore software development, IT outsourcing, digital transformation consulting, and related technology services. Service details, timelines, and pricing are established through individual project agreements between EFE Technology and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

• Website Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EFE Technology and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Client Projects: Intellectual property rights for client projects are governed by individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, all deliverables become the client's property upon full payment.
• Brand Usage: You may not use EFE Technology's name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

4. Project Engagement

When engaging EFE Technology for a project:

• A formal project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) will define scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.
• Changes to project scope require mutual written agreement and may affect timelines and costs.
• Payment terms are as specified in the individual project agreement.
• Either party may terminate the engagement as outlined in the project agreement.

5. Confidentiality

EFE Technology maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and proprietary data. We are willing to execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Interfere with the website's functionality or security

7. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts in Da Nang, Vietnam.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
